Return and Refund Policy

At Blue Sky Fitness Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. That's why we've designed a comprehensive return and refund policy to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Below, you'll find detailed guidelines for returning items and seeking refunds.   1. SPIRIT FITNESS:
  • Restocking Fees: All approved Spirit Fitness returns will be refunded in full, minus a 20% processing/restocking fee which is applied to the original purchase price.
  • Return Approval: Blue Sky Fitness Supply requests that customers who wish to return purchased goods for any reason after signing for and receiving a delivery contact us within 30 days of placing the order to request a return. Return requests made outside of 30 days may not be approved. Upon receiving a return request, Blue Sky Fitness Supply will then file the necessary paperwork with Spirit Fitness and do everything in our power to grant approval for the return. Blue Sky Fitness Supply reserves the right to approve or deny all return requests. Return requests can be made by calling or emailing Blue Sky Fitness Supply at (720) 515-3585 or info@blueskyfitsupply.com. Alternatively, you may also contact the Spirit Fitness customer service department (855) 258-4555. Once a return request has been received and approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Return Shipping: If approved to return a Spirit Fitness item, all return shipping and handling charges must be prepaid in full by the customer; insurance is also recommended. The return must be made in the original packaging in the condition of which it was received, within 10 days of receiving the RA number. The RA number must be written on the outside of the carton. Return shipping method will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on the contents being returned, the customer’s location, and their access to shipping service companies. The customer is responsible for helping the shipper move the equipment beyond the threshold of the door and placing it onto/into their trailer.
  • Undamaged Returns: If a return is made and upon inspection is deemed to have been damaged by the customer, Blue Sky Fitness Supply reserves the right not to refund any or all the refund amount to the customer.
  • Materials Included: Any return must include all the original materials and parts in the return shipment to be eligible for any reimbursement.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Any items returned to Spirit Fitness without an RA number will not be subject to a refund or credit. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any items returned without prior authorization.
