Abby Emails

An email you want Abby to have, parked where it can be argued about before anyone writes the code. Nothing here sends — no send path can even read a draft. It becomes real when the send path and the catalog row are written and reviewed.

One knob per vendor decides who signs the purchase order, the freight request and the weight & dimensions request. A vendor with nothing set falls back to Ryan — by default, not by anyone's decision.

The Guide keys its maps by every form of a vendor's name, so one supplier can appear as three keys. They are collapsed here — the other forms are listed under each name. A collapse marked similar name was inferred from the names rather than from the Guide's own alias list, so it is worth a glance.
