  1. SPIRIT FITNESS:
  • Processing Time: Blue Sky Fitness Supply will process and ship out Spirit Fitness orders received through the site within 5 business days, barring any unforeseen supply chain-related issues or delays. Normal operating procedure is to keep all Spirit Fitness items in stock year-round.
  • Exceptions: Back orders or delays outside of normal processing times will be communicated to customers by e-mail or phone as soon as Blue Sky Fitness Supply is made aware of the issue.
  • Delivery Services: Spirit Fitness orders will be delivered via various delivery services depending on the size of the order and the location of the delivery address. All deliveries will include a call-ahead appointment whereby the dispatch for the carrier will attempt to call the buyer prior to delivery to schedule the day and time of the delivery. A total of three call-ahead attempts will be made. If the calls go unanswered, arrangements will be made to return your order to the shipping warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are “curbside” deliveries, meaning the delivery driver will drop the shipment on your property as close to your door as possible, at which point the shipment becomes the buyer’s responsibility to move inside and assemble. If you request a reconsignment to have your order delivered to a different address than originally specified, a $30 reconsignment charge will apply.
  • Receiving Orders: Upon receiving orders, please inspect the products and the products’ packaging as carefully as possible. Any considerable damage should be noted and reported immediately by calling Blue Sky Fitness Supply on (720) 515-3585 or by emailing info@blueskyfitsupply.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All Spirit Fitness orders require a signature upon receiving the order. Customers may refuse to sign for deliveries which are either damaged or incorrect. Reason for refusing delivery must be made note of on the delivery receipt. If this occurs, a customer should contact Blue Sky Fitness Supply at (720) 515-3585 or Spirit Fitness at (855) 258-4555 to inform them that the delivery has been refused. Refused deliveries will be returned to Spirit Fitness, replaced or repaired, then reshipped to the customer.
