Processing Time

All BlueCube orders are built-to-order, meaning your cold plunge will be custom built for you upon placing the order.

Within 5 days of placing your order, it will go into production. The lead times vary but can be found at the top of the product page or under the 'Specifications' tab on the product page. The typical lead time is 8 weeks.

Once your order is nearing completion, Blue Sky Fitness Supply will be in touch to confirm your availability to receive a delivery.

Upon scheduling a delivery, your order will ship out whereby transit times are typically around 10-12 days.

Exceptions

Although rare, supply chain issues can sometimes cause delays outside of normal processing times. In the event of this happening, all delays will be communicated to customers by e-mail or phone as soon as Blue Sky Fitness Supply is made aware of the issue.

Delivery Services

BlueCube shipments will be delivered via various delivery services depending on the size of the order and the location of the delivery address.

Delivery Appointment

All deliveries will include a call-ahead appointment whereby the dispatch or truck driver for the carrier will attempt to call the buyer prior to delivery to confirm the scheduled day and time of the delivery.

The call normally takes place 24-48 hours prior to delivery. If the call is missed and the customer does not call the number back, then after a reasonable amount of time arrangements will be made to return the order to the shipping warehouse.

Delivery Location

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are “curbside” deliveries, meaning the delivery driver will drop the shipment on the customers property as close to their door as possible. This often means the curb or end of driveway.

At this point, the shipment becomes the buyer’s responsibility to move inside and assemble. Customers are required to have a designated person at the delivery location on delivery day, so the order can be inspected and signed for.

Correct orders without damage present which are refused, may not be refunded, and if a customer requests they are reshipped, then additional fees will apply. If a delivery is accepted and then damage is found after the fact, customers should immediately report the damage to Blue Sky Fitness Supply by contacting us here.

All deliveries will include a call-ahead appointment whereby the dispatch for the carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule the day and time of the delivery.

A total of three call-ahead attempts will be made. If the calls go unanswered, arrangements will be made to return your order to the shipping warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are “curbside” deliveries, meaning the delivery driver will drop the shipment on your property as close to your door as possible, at which point the shipment becomes the buyer’s responsibility to move inside and assemble.

If you request a reconsignment to have your order delivered to a different address than originally specified, a $30 reconsignment charge will apply.

The reason for refusing the delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt. Refused deliveries will be returned to Spirit Fitness, replaced or repaired, then reshipped to the customer.
