Agent accounts and their held sends are managed by an administrator.
Three questions asked of our own state every 30 minutes: did any agent's reach change and was a human accountable for it, are the front doors still shut, and is anything hammering the locks. Nothing here scans or probes anyone else.
Every wake this worker tried to send an agent in the last 7 days, and whether it
landed. A wake is one fetch with no retry, so this is the only record that
an event fired at all when the agent was down.
What AIOPS noticed while working deals. Append only — text cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including the agent that filed it. The status and the priority are the only things that move — and the priority is yours: an agent picks one when it files, only you can change it after.
How each part was decided
po.send. Either every supplier with a Vendor
Guide row, or only the named list — and never anyone on the denylist. Whichever
is set, an agent still only sends when the order is paid, the supplier ships its own
goods, and no PO has already gone out on that deal. Agents cannot read or change this.
