Teach the Bot — paste text to auto-extract knowledge
Paste any text — emails, Teams messages, customer conversations, spec sheets — and the bot will extract useful knowledge. Personal info and off-topic chatter get stripped automatically.
Tool contexts inject knowledge into the bot's prompt when customers visit specific pages or mention specific keywords. Each entry is a block of text the bot uses to answer tool-related questions.
Control which email notifications are sent when customers interact with the chatbot.
Configure seasonal greetings and bot behavior. Season window controls when the behavior tweak applies (broad is fine — e.g. all December for Christmas). Greeting window controls when the greeting line itself fires (keep tight — e.g. Dec 21-25). Leave Greeting blank to match Season. Changes apply immediately to new conversations.
Configure proactive chat triggers. The highest-priority enabled rule matching the customer's context will fire.
