The Performance Rally uses a layered construction that starts with a 2.5mm vulcanized composition rubber (VCR) surface fused to a 12mm shock-absorbing base layer. ECORE's proprietary itsTRU® fusion-bond technology locks these layers together permanently, creating a unified surface that won't delaminate under stress. The result is a floor that delivers 35.4% force reduction while returning 53.7% of energy back to the user. That combination means less joint fatigue, better ergonomic support, and a training surface that actually contributes to performance rather than working against it.

Versatility is a major strength here. The Performance Rally ships in both standard rolls and interlocking tiles. Rolls come in 48-inch widths with standard lengths of 25 linear feet and maximum lengths of 50 linear feet, making them ideal for covering large open training areas efficiently. The interlocking tiles measure 23" x 23" and are available in select colors, offering a faster, more flexible installation for spaces where layout changes or phased installs make more sense. Either format delivers the same reliable performance underfoot.

With over 20 color options ranging from classic neutrals like Medium Gray, Charcoal, and Dark Taupe to bold choices like Maroon, Navy, and Red, there's plenty of room to match existing branding or create a distinct look. Flooring FAQ

1️⃣ How much flooring do I need?

To calculate how many tiles you need, click the blue 'Quantity Calculator' button at the top of this page.

The calculator will provide the number of tiles needed to cover any space based on its square footage. One tile will cover approximately 3.67 square feet of space.

We recommend adding an extra 5% of material to your order to account for irregularities in the shape of your space, mistakes when cutting tiles, etc.

2️⃣ How is this floor installed?

Professional installation is strongly recommended for rolled rubber flooring due to the full-spread adhesive application and precise seam alignment required. We can provide a quote, or you're welcome to source a qualified installer on your own.

Before installation, the subfloor must be clean, dry, level, and free of debris. Rolls should be laid out and allowed to acclimate to room temperature for at least 24 hours to relax any curling from storage. Once acclimated, rolls are dry-laid and trimmed to fit the space using a sharp utility knife and straightedge. Adhesive is then applied to the subfloor per the manufacturer's specifications, and the rolls are carefully set into place, working from one end to the other to avoid air pockets. A weighted roller should be used to ensure full contact between the flooring and subfloor. Seams should be tight and uniform, with edges butted firmly together. We recommend purchasing 5–10% more material than needed to account for trimming and seam alignment.

3️⃣ Is there a warranty included?

This ECORE rolled rubber product come standard with a 10-year commercial warranty.

4️⃣ How do these tiles ship?

Most ECORE rolls and tiles are made-to-order and require they get produced as orders are placed. Typical production lead time is 4 weeks for rolls and tiles. The transit time upon shipment is typically 1 additional week.

Therefore, most ECORE orders will deliver within 5-6 weeks of the order being placed, baring any unforeseen delays.

If you need a floor sooner than this, please give us a call. We can often work something out when you're in a bind and need something sooner, as ECORE occasionally stocks certain colors of certain products for this exact reason.
