Global lead-routing settings. Per-rep limits (max active leads/samples and spillover target) live on each rep's row under Admin: Portal Users — click a rep to edit their Lead Capacity.

Catches every lead the per-rep cascade can't place. This rep always accepts, regardless of their own capacity.

Maintenance

Counters track each rep's "Active Now" lead count for both pools (new leads + samples). They could drift if a deploy is interrupted mid-write. The button below re-counts from the actual stored leads to restore accuracy across both pools. Safe to run anytime — idempotent.

Configure who receives the Monday Memo (sent every Sunday 6pm ET) and the monthly snapshot. Active agency users are auto-included by default — uncheck a user below to opt them out. Custom recipients (one per line) cover anyone without a portal login (BSFS observers, agency account exec without seat, CFO).
