Summary

E-Grip III is a premium zero-VOC, low-odor urethane adhesive engineered for strong, lasting bonds on rubber, concrete, and wood surfaces. Its moisture-cured, one-component formula requires no mixing, applies easily without sagging, and remains permanently elastic. Designed to perform in demanding environments, it tolerates up to 85% RH and a substrate pH of 7–9, with no flash time required and a 30–45 minute working window. Antimicrobial properties, freeze/thaw stability, and a one-year shelf life ensure reliable results in both indoor and outdoor applications. E-Grip III pairs seamlessly with Vulcanized Composition Rubber and is available in 4-gallon pails or convenient 28 oz cartridges.

Coverage and yield vary based on trowel selection. Using a 1/16" x 1/32" x 1/32" U-notch trowel delivers approximately 140 sq. ft. per gallon. A 1/16" square notch trowel yields about 95 sq. ft. per gallon, while a 1/8" square notch trowel provides coverage of roughly 60 sq. ft. per gallon. For cartridge applications, one 28 oz cartridge covers up to 40 Quad Bloks (1") or 28 Quad Bloks (2.5"). This flexible, high-performance adhesive ensures optimal results across a wide range of flooring installations.
