10" Square Edge FAQ

1️⃣ How are these pavers installed?

ECORE Sloped Rubber Reducers are designed to be installed using a full-spread glue-down method with ECORE E-Grip III Adhesive. These reducers offer a simple, secure solution for finishing the edges of compatible rubber paver systems, and can be trimmed on-site as needed for a custom fit.

Prior to installation, ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, level, and structurally sound. Approved subfloor types for adhered installation include fully cured concrete, asphalt, and APA-rated plywood. Do not install over OSB, particle board, or other unstable materials. All reducers should be acclimated to the ambient temperature of the installation site for a minimum of 48 hours before installation.

To install, first dry-lay the reducers around the perimeter of the rubber paver system to confirm fit and placement. Once satisfied with layout, apply ECORE E-Grip III Adhesive using a 1/8" square-notch trowel. Spread only as much adhesive as can be covered within 30 minutes to ensure proper bond. Firmly press each reducer into the wet adhesive and apply consistent downward pressure along the entire length to ensure full contact with the adhesive layer.

Use a jigsaw or bandsaw with a coarse blade to make any necessary cuts for clean transitions around corners, walls, or other obstacles. Wipe away any adhesive residue immediately with a cloth and acetone before it cures to avoid surface staining or adhesive buildup.

Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed per the E-Grip III guidelines before exposing the reducer to heavy foot traffic or cleaning. With proper installation, these reducers deliver a durable and safe transition that complements any ECORE or PaveSafe rubber paver system.

2️⃣ Is there a warranty included?

These ECORE reducers come standard with a 5-year commercial warranty.

3️⃣ What is the shipping policy?

All ECORE reducers are made-to-order, and have a ~4-week manufacturing lead time. Once production is completed, your order will ship out. Transit time upon shipment is usually 3-5 days.

We will send you tracking information for all paver shipments, any shipment over 100 lbs. will arrive on a pallet. For palletized shipments, the carrier will call you ahead of time to schedule a time and day for the actual delivery to ensure you're fully prepared to receive the pavers.

4️⃣ What is the return policy?

Blue Sky Fitness Supply requests that customers who wish to return purchased goods for any reason after receiving a delivery contact us within 30 days of placing the order to request a return. Return requests made outside of 30 days may not be approved.
